Dr. Victor G. “Vic” Baker, MBA, is the founder and CEO of EquitiFy and the author of You’re Not the Boss of Me (Amplify Publishing Group). He is an executive coach, organizational development consultant, and keynote speaker. For more than two decades, he has helped leaders build the systems, hold the conversations, and shape the culture that deliver results year after year.
